Patient Registration

At Mission Valley Heights Surgery Center, your time is valuable. That’s why we provide online registration through a program called Simple Admit. Your registration is completed on their easy to use webportal for your convenience. You will be provided a password by your referring physician, If you do not have one, call us at 619-291-3737 and speak with someone in Pre-Op to help you get started.
