Dr. Gemayel Lee, MD, is an anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained specialist in Pain Medicine. He manages all forms of pain and aims to build lasting and quality relationships with his patients by incorporating a comprehensive, multi-modal and patient-centered approach with his practice. He readily integrates cutting edge medical therapies into his individualized treatment plans while promoting healthy lifestyle choices and emphasizing physical and mental well-being.

Dr. Lee received his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, consistently ranked among the top medical institutions in the world, followed by a rigorous internship at Alameda County Medical Center in Oakland, CA. He completed anesthesiology residency at the University of California, San Diego, and fellowship training in Pain Medicine at the UCSD Center for Pain Medicine, an American Pain Society Center of Excellence. While training under the internationally renowned faculty at UCSD, Dr. Lee developed particular interest and expertise in interventional techniques, implantable therapies, neuromodulation, regenerative medicine, and medication management including medical cannabis.

Dr. Lee is a native of Southern California. He enjoys watching local sports and spending time with his wife and family. He has a passion for education, mentoring and community service.
